- 4-6 green tomatoes
- 150 gr. goat cheese
- 100 gr. tomato jam
- Olive oil
- Wash the green tomatoes, dry them and cut into 1cm slices. approx.
- Heat a pan with a few drops of olive oil and quickly fry the tomato slices with salt for a few seconds on each side.
- Place tomato slices in a baking tray with oil. place a slice of goat cheese on each tomato slice and place in the oven under the grill.
- Once the cheese has melted, top with a teaspoon of jam on and serve immediately.
