- 1 egg (free range)
- 1 sachet of yeast bio
- 10 cl olive oil
- 1 handful of parsley, rocket or spinach
- 1 small glass of vegetable milk
- 100 g goat cheese (optional)
- 250g flour
- Preheat oven to 180 º -170 º
- Mix eggs, flour and yeast in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
- Warm together the vegetable milk and oil.
- Add the hierbs then the cheese
- Place in individual flan or muffin molds.
- Bake for 30 min. approx.
