Delicious prawns with some great ingredients

  • 12 large prawns
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ chilli
  • 1 handful chopped parsley
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  1. Peel the prawns, leaving the head attached.
  2. In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the finely chopped garlic and chilli. When the garlic begins to brown, add the lightly salted prawns, stir and add the lemon juice. Cook until still juicy inside.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
