Ingredients
  • 8 anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ¼ dried chilli
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. Clean the anchovies and remove the head and spine, leaving two fillets. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan along with sliced garlic and chilli. When the garlic is lightly browned add the anchovies. When almost done remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately
