Ingredients
  • 500 gr. rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. of ham
  • 100 gr. peas
  • 100 gr. corn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Rice wine
Preparation
  1. Wash the rice and leave to stand covered with water for half an hour. Reserve.
  2. Bring 500 ml. of water to the boil with a pinch of salt and add the drained rice, corn and peas. Cook for 15 minutes until the rice absorbs the water and let stand for 5 minutes covered with a clean dish towel.
