- 2 cucumbers
- With the help of a peeler, peel the cucumbers and cut into 3-4 pieces, 5cm in length. Then cut these into 4 elongated sticks.
- Place them in a colander and sprinkle cucumber a large pinch of salt, then let stand in refrigerator, inside the strainer for one hour so they release some of their water.
- Rinse the cucumbers and serve as an appetizer.
- Serve with a little oil, or sauce such as tartar, mayonnaise, etc.
Before you peel cucumbers cut one end and rub this end with circular motions, until you see foam appear around the edges. This will prevent indigestion.
