- 2 cucumbers
- 1 red pepper finely sliced
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small red chillie seeded and finely chopped
- Peel your cucumbers ,then slice in half lengthways.
- Using the tip of a teaspoon remove the seeds,then slice the cucumber on the diagonal.
- Put the cucumber slices i a bowl and add the chillie, red pepper, sesame oil and lemon juice.
- Final touch add a bit of salt to taste.
