Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 red pepper finely sliced
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 small red chillie seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
  1. Peel your cucumbers ,then slice in half lengthways. 
  2. Using the tip of a teaspoon remove the seeds,then slice the cucumber on the diagonal. 
  3. Put the cucumber slices i a bowl and add the chillie, red pepper, sesame oil and lemon juice. 
  4. Final touch add a bit of salt to taste.
Great with fish
