Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 daikon
  • Sal
Preparation
  1. For the cucumber clean with water leaving the skin.
  2. Cut in thin slices and place on a strainer.
  3. Mix well with the 2 pinches of salt.
  4. Let it strain for 30 min.
  5. Press with kitchen paper to absorb the rest of water and place on a bowl.
  6. The pickles are ready to eat.
  7. Repeat the above for daikon pickles
