- 2 cucumbers
- 1 daikon
- For the cucumber clean with water leaving the skin.
- Cut in thin slices and place on a strainer.
- Mix well with the 2 pinches of salt.
- Let it strain for 30 min.
- Press with kitchen paper to absorb the rest of water and place on a bowl.
- The pickles are ready to eat.
- Repeat the above for daikon pickles
