  • 100g bacon
  • 50g spinach
  • 100g mushrooms such as "enoki"
  • 8 pitted dates
  1. Stretch out thin slices of bacon and place at one end a bunch of baby spinach, mushrooms and a handful of pitted dates, and cut into thin strips.
  2. Wrap up the bacon strips and fry in a hot frying pan without oil.
  3. Serve crisp with a teaspoon of honey.
The sweet taste of dates goes great with bacon, but you can also try raisins, pear or apple.
