Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 4 white asparagus
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 ml. cream
  • 100 gr. fresh peas
  • 200 gr. seasonal mushrooms
  • 500 ml. vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Saute the chopped mushrooms and vegetables, except asparagus.
  2. Once the vegetables are softened, add the vegetable stock and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and cook for a further five minutes. Season and serve with asparagus.
