- 1kg pumpkin
- 3 oranges
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 splash olive oil
- 1 vanilla pod
- Half cup of sunflower oil
- Remove skin and seeds from pumpkin, dice and place on an oven tray. Cover with water, add a splash of olive oil, a sprig of rosemary and a pinch of salt.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 º.
- Remove and blend, add orange juice, season and serve. Decorate with with some orange slices
You can serve this cream accompanied by a few drops of vanilla oil: open a vanilla pod and blend with half a glass of sunflower oil.
