Ingredients
  • 2 kg. onions
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 l. cream
  • Vegetable stock
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, saute 2 kg. julienned onions then leave to simmer over a low heat for an hour until the onions caramelize.
  2. Add 1 finely chopped potato and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add 1/2 l. of cream and a glass of vegetable stock. Simmer for a few minutes, blend and serve.
Serve with cherry tomatoes.
