Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. pinto beans
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy cream
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon nachos
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno peppers
Preparation
  1. Saute the finely chopped garlic and onion with a drizzle of olive oil in a pot until browned. Add the beans and pour on the vegetable so that it covers the beans by about four inches. Cook for an hour and a half. Add salt. Once the beans are cooked, add more broth if needed and blend into a smooth cream.
  2. Serve with a little soy cream, fresh coriander, corn tortilla chips or tacos and some jalapenos.
