  • 300 g of ground almonds
  • Half clove of garlic
  • 100 g of chrysanthemum flowers
  • 1 l of water
  1. Allow the ground almonds, garlic and chrysanthemum flowers to sit in water for 8 hours.
  2. Blend all the ingridients and strain the cream through a sieve.
  3. Serve cold and sprinkle chrysanthemum petals.
