- 4 slices baguette type bread
- 4 Dublin Bay prawns or scampi
- 2 red peppers
- 125 g crab meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Cook the crab and prawns in salt water. Let them cool.
- Remove crab meat and crumble up. Season and mix with mayonnaise.
- Place a spoonful of this mixture on the slices of bread, add a few strips of pepper and finish with a prawn.
