- Half a crispy white cabbage
- 4 medium carrots
- Half a red onion
- 1 handful of fresh chives chopped
- Finely slice the white cabbage.
- Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.
- Take a large bowl and mix the cabbage, carrots and onion all together.
- Add around 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or more if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle the chives on top.
This salad taste great as side dish to lots of fish and meat and also to chili con carne!!
