- Rocket Parmesan
- 200g beef fillet
- Olive oil
- Maldon salt
- Roll out the beef, cover with cling film and put in the freezer until well frozen.
- Cut into thin slices and serve, accompanied by a few slices of parmesan, a few leaves of rocket, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper.
To make slicing the meat easier, remove from the freezer ten minutes before cutting.
