Ingredients
  • Rocket 
Parmesan
  • 200g beef fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Maldon salt
  • Peppercorns
Preparation
  1. Roll out the beef, cover with cling film and put in the freezer until well frozen.
  2. Cut into thin slices and serve, accompanied by a few slices of parmesan, a few leaves of rocket, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper.
To make slicing the meat easier, remove from the freezer ten minutes before cutting.
