Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 80ml water
  • 30g pine nuts
  • 40g cashew nuts

Zen Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation
  1. Cut avocado into strips
  2. Blend the water, pine nuts, cashews and baking powder until you have a thick creamy sauce.
  3. Coat the avocados with the sauce, and spread out on the Teflex sheet and dehydrate for three hours at 40 ° C. Turn them over and let them dehydrate another 3 hours or more.
