- 4 artichokes
- 150 gr. of snow peas
- 250 gr. of tomatoes
- 20 ml. soy sauce
- 70 ml. balsamic reduction
- Wood or bamboo skewers
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the balsamic reduction and soy sauce.
- Clean the artichokes, remove the tough outer leaves, cut the tips, tails and remove the hairs from the center. Cut into eighths and saute the artichokes in a little oil; when lightly browned, add the sauce. Cook one minute, taking care not to burn the soy sauce.
- Lightly fry tomatoes and pea pods with a little oil and place on the skewers.
Soy sauce makes this simple recipe delicious.
