Ingredients
  • 4 artichokes
  • 150 gr. of snow peas
  • 250 gr. of tomatoes
  • 20 ml. soy sauce
  • 70 ml. balsamic reduction
  • Wood or bamboo skewers
Preparation
  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing the balsamic reduction and soy sauce.
  2. Clean the artichokes, remove the tough outer leaves, cut the tips, tails and remove the hairs from the center. Cut into eighths and saute the artichokes in a little oil; when lightly browned, add the sauce. Cook one minute, taking care not to burn the soy sauce.
  3. Lightly fry tomatoes and pea pods with a little oil and place on the skewers.
Soy sauce makes this simple recipe delicious.
