Ingredients
- 150 g of dates
- 1 orange
- 1 onion
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- Rice vinegar
- Virgin olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Stone the dates and split them into pieces. Peel orange and cut into cubes.
- Slice the onion into rings. Cut the avocado into cubes and sprinkle well with lemon to prevent discoloration.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the rice vinegar dressing, olive oil and salt.
- Avocado is a wonderful food, full of nutrients, essential fatty acids and vitamin E. It's also very beneficial for the liver.
