- 4 slices of rustic bread
- 8 anchovies slices in vinegar
- 4 slices of ham
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Toast the bread.
- Scrape each slice of toast with half a tomato.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil of each slice of toast.
- Place on each piece of toast a slice of ham and anchovy.
Make sure your tomatoes are very ripe
