Ingredients
  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 8 anchovies slices in vinegar
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt
Preparation
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Scrape each slice of toast with half a tomato.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil of each slice of toast.
  4. Place on each piece of toast a slice of ham and anchovy.
Make sure your tomatoes are very ripe
