- 4 round bread rolls
- ½ lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 12 white asparagus
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Cut and spread the rolls with mayonnaise.
- Peel eggs and cut into slices.
- Fill the rolls with a slice of tomato, lettuce (previously washed), egg and asparagus, cut in half lengthwise.
- Close up the sandwich and serve.
