Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of garlic sprouts
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 300 gr squid
  • 200 gr peas
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • Half a liter of fish broth
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch rosemary
Preparation
  1. Saute the garlic and and finely chopped onion. When soft, add the peeled and sliced potatoes, a sprig of parsle and rosemary and mix well.
  2. Add a teaspoon of flour and pour in the fish stock gradually to cover the potatoes. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the clean squid, sliced up any way you like it, and peas. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Roughly chop the potatoes with the help of a kitchen knife to release the starch and thicken the sauce.
