Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 octopus tentacles
  • 1 red onion  
  • 4 piquillo peppers
  • Olve oil and salt
Preparation
  1. First of all prepare a traditional Spanish potato omelette. (See recipe for Spanish potato omelette)
  2. Saute the garlic and julienned onion and peppers. Once sautee, slice the octopus into medallions and add it to saute. Mix well and serve on the omelette.
