Ingredients
  • 4 turkey legs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 gr. of prunes
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • 1 star anise
  • Olive oil
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • 100 ml. honey
Preparation
  1. Clean and chop the vegetables.
  2. Layer the vegetables on a baking tray, place the turkey legs on top and give a good splash of white wine and olive oil and a tablespoon of honey. Tuck the plums and the star anise in under the legs  and roast in the oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes. Baste from time to time with honey.
Use a brush to baste the turkey during roasting to get a crispy and golden crust, with a slightly sweet taste.Young or crianza red wine.
