- 4 fillets of pork
- 2 red peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the peppers on a tray in the oven and cook until the skin blackens. Then remove from the oven, wrap in a newspaper and allow to cool slightly. Now peel the charred skin from the peppers. Cut them into strips and sauté with the garlic and a splash of olive oil. Set aside.
- In a skillet with just a splash of olive oil, fry the fillets until they are just cooked then, serve them with the roasted peppers and a pinch of parsley.
You can buy roasted peppers already prepared just sauté them with a couple of cloves of garlic, add a teaspoon of sugar to correct the bitterness of peppers.
