  • 300g large macaroni
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water for about 18 minutes. Cool and reserve. In a pan, fry the finely chopped onion with the chilli.
  2. When it begins to brown, remove the chilli pepper and add the thinly sliced mushrooms. Simmer and add a handful of chopped parsley, a teaspoon of flour and mix well Gradually add milk. You can also thicken with white wine, allow to cool.
  3. Stuff the macaroni with the mushroom sauce and put them in the oven to warm. Serve with tomato or cheese sauce.
It’s easier to stuff the macaroni with a pastry bag.
