Ingredients
- 300g large macaroni
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 chili
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 200ml milk
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
Preparation
- Cook the macaroni in boiling water for about 18 minutes. Cool and reserve. In a pan, fry the finely chopped onion with the chilli.
- When it begins to brown, remove the chilli pepper and add the thinly sliced mushrooms. Simmer and add a handful of chopped parsley, a teaspoon of flour and mix well Gradually add milk. You can also thicken with white wine, allow to cool.
- Stuff the macaroni with the mushroom sauce and put them in the oven to warm. Serve with tomato or cheese sauce.
It’s easier to stuff the macaroni with a pastry bag.
