- 4 bread rolls
- 4 steaks about 50 gr. each
- 4 large mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Clean the mushrooms and quickly fry on skillet or griddle with a little oil. season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, season the steaks and fry well on a hot griddle or skillet with a little oil. They should be golden on the outside and rare on the inside
- Cut rolls in half and assemble sandwiches. Serve hot.
