Ingredients
  • 24 lamb chops
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 250ml milk
  • 150g  flour
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Melt a knob of butter in a saucpan; add a tablespoon of flour and slowly pour in the milk until you have a smooth white sauce. Season and reserve.
  2. Dip the lamb chops in the bechamel. Now coat the cutlets in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of hot olive oil. Dry take them out on kitchen paper and serve with salad.
Cool the chops in bechamel in the fridge so that it sticks better.
