- 24 chicken wings
- Bread crumbs
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch or handful of parsley
- 2 tbps of flour
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Finely chop the garlic and parsley and mix with bread crumbs.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and coat them in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs.
- Fry the wings in a pan with a splash of olive oil until well browned.
Put the chicken in the oven for 10-12 minutes to make sure it’s cooked well.
