Ingredients
  • 4 pak-choy small
  • 100 gr. Crosne
  • 250 gr. soya beans
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice wine
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
Preparation
  1. With the help of a brush, clean the krosnos and cut in half, pak-choy cut into strips and set aside.
  2. In a hot frying pan with a drizzle of sesame oil, sauté the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add a couple tablespoons of rice wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and serve accompanied by sesame seeds.
