Ingredients
  • 250 gr. rocket
  • 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tray of mixed bean/vegetable sprouts
  • 4 grouper fillets 150 gr.
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon juice
Preparation
  1. Fry the grouper fillets with a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan until cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rocket with sprouts and tomatoes, and dress with a splash of olive oil. Serve up on plates and accompany with sliced,lightly bathed in lemon juice, and the fish fillets.
