  • Half carrot
  • Some fresh daikon or white turnip
  • Half umeboshi plum
Preparation
  1. Grate carron and daikon, same amount of both. Put vegetables in a pan an cover with water. 
  2. Cook for 5 minutes. 
  3. Add umeboshi plum. 
  4. Serve hot.
