Ingredients
  • Half a star anise
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 turnip rape
  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 200 gr. broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
Preparation
  1. Heat the spices over a medium heat in a dry frying pan for 7-8 minutes, stirring every so often.
  2. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and grind in a mortar.
  3. Clean the vegetables and chop roughly.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables with ground spices and two pinches of salt. Stir over over a high heat for five minutes and then down to a minimum. Cover the pan and let cook for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
