- Squid tube, 400 gr., cut in two squares
- Basil sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- 4 chrysanthemum flowers
- Finely chopped parsley
- Juice of half a lemon
- Quickly cook the squid squares on each side in a hot frying pan.
- Prepare a saute with the minced garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
- Serve the squid in the sauce and top with chrysanthemum petals and basil sprouts.
