Ingredients
  • 75 gr. strawberries
  • 75 gr. raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 75 mi. cold mineral water
Preparation
  1. Wash fruits and beat them until smooth and creamy
  2. Mix with yogurt and mineral water.
  3. Serve chilled in a glass.
It contains little sugar and is recommended for diabetics. Always in moderation.
