- 500g strawberries
- 4 Greek yogurts
- 75gr sugar
- Half a vanilla pod
- Wash the strawberries, cut off the green stems, chop and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar with vanilla and a teaspoon of water, simmer 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and allow the syrup to cool slightly.
- Pour the syrup over the strawberries when almost cold and let stand for 20 minutes.
- Serve the yogurt into 4 glasses and garnish with strawberries and the juice they release.
Put in the blender with a glass of milk for a delicious strawberry milkshake
