- 30 gr. chocolate
- 2 unsalted rice cakes
- 10 dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 120 gr. strawberries
- 350 ml. natural yogurt
- 50 gr. blackberries
- Melt the chocolate over a bain marie and spread over the two rice cakes.
- Immediately top with cranberries and sesame seeds. Allow to set.
- Wash strawberries and remove the tops. Add to the blender or mixer and add the yogurt and blueberries.
- Blend and serve immediately with the rice cakes.
