Ingredients
- 250g tuna in oil
- 50g shelled walnuts
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- Virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
Preparation
- Drain and flake the tuna. Set aside
- Clean the red and green peppers then slice and dice them.
- In a bowl mix the tuna, finely chopped onion and peppers. Season, then add the walnuts (chopped in half) and pour over a splash of olive oil. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Serve cold
