- Stick a slice of ham, two peeled cherry tomatoes, a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball on a skewer in any order you like.
- Accompany the skewers with basil oil: shred a bunch of basil and mix with a glass of sunflower oil, and serve. Tip:
- To peel tomatoes easily, make a small cut in the skin and blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds. Then cool in ice water, and peel.
