Ingredients
- 4 ready made tartlet pie crusts
- 75 gr. sausage
- 4 quail eggs
- Olive Oil
Preparation
- Crumble the sausage into small pieces and saute with olive oil.
- Fry eggs in oil and drain.
- Place the tartlets on a plate, fill with sausage and top with fried egg.
