Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of agar agar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200 gr. Avocado
- Salt
- Lemon
- Thyme
- Black sesame seeds
- Grape seed oil
Preparation
- To make this tapa we will focus firstly on the base. It is an agar-agar gelatin chia. To do this, boil the water and then pour in the agar agar. Continue boiling the water with the agar for 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Wait a few minutes to cool and then add the chia. Give it a good stir then pour into a container, preferably square or rectangular, now cut to squares.
- While this is cooling and turning into a gelatin, prepare the avocado. (You can also use other fruit to make this ice-cream). Remove the avocado flesh and cut into pieces and then store in a container in the freezer. When it has slightly frozen, remove and shred. Pour in a little lemon juice to prevent the fruit from going black then add a pinch of salt.
- When you have the consistency of ice cream, turn them into balls and place on top of the chia gels (the cut squares).
- Finally, spray some oil over the ice cream and then sprinkle on the black sesame seeds and thyme then add a few flakes of salt.
