Ingredients
  • Wild strawberries
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Sugar
  • water
  • Flower petals
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, prepare a caramel with 100g of sugar and a glass of water.
  2. When the caramel begins to brown, remove from heat and let stand until completely cool.
  3. Serve the yogurt mixed with strawberries in a bowl  and add a teaspoon of caramel, decorated with edible flower petals and a sprig of mint.
Add half a glass of liquid cream to the yogurt and beat it to make it creamier. You can also use this mixture to fill a crepe.
