- Wild strawberries

- In a saucepan, prepare a caramel with 100g of sugar and a glass of water.
- When the caramel begins to brown, remove from heat and let stand until completely cool.
- Serve the yogurt mixed with strawberries in a bowl and add a teaspoon of caramel, decorated with edible flower petals and a sprig of mint.
Add half a glass of liquid cream to the yogurt and beat it to make it creamier. You can also use this mixture to fill a crepe.
