- 4 strawberries
- 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pink Pepper corns
- Balsamic vinegar cream
- 50 g chocolate curls
- Wash the strawberries, cut in half and reserve.
- Grate the orange peel into very thin strips and mix with brown sugar.
- Heat a frying pan and quickly heat just two strawberry halves for 30 seconds. Give each a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
- Serve as follows: half a cooked strawberry, half a strawberry with chocolate curls, another half strawberry with orange zest and the last one with spread with honey and pink peppercorns.
- Serve immediately.
