Ingredients
- Rose petals
- 500ml water
- 50g sugar
- 5 g of apple tea
- 5 g of agar agar
- Chestnut in syrup 300g
- 200 ml of water
- 4g of agar agar
Preparation
- Blend the chestnuts with water into a puree. Add the agar agar and and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and leave to set in a flat dish or tray.
- Cut into mountain shapes.
- Boil water with sugar and agar agar. Infuse the tea. Once warm, but still liquid, pour it onto the same tray as the chestnut jelly.
- Assembly: When it sets, make rectangles. Cut a circle of rose petals and put it behind the mountains just like the sun.
