- 700 gr. pineapple
- 300 gr. pear, peeled
- 200 ml. White Tea
- 200 ml. mild nettle infusion
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- Peel the pineapple, chop into small pieces along with the pear and simmer in the nettle infusion.
- Add maple syrup and continue to simmer over a low heat until fruit is tender. Remove the foam.
- Let cool and mix in the blender with cold white tea.
