  • 50 gr.  butter
  • 100 gr. of caster sugar
  • 50 ml. orange juice
  • 30 gr. sieved flour
  • Orange zest
  • Chocolate chips

Melt the butter over a bain marie,  fold in the flour, orange juice and zest and sugar. Use a blender for a smoother, more even mix. Allow to cool 1 hour in the refrigerator until it sets.

With the help of a spoon, spread the mixture out over a silicone baking sheet. Bake at 190ºC for 3-4 minutes until the biscuits turn golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips. Allow to cool. Serve with any dessert or with coffee.

You can form them into tulip shapes, while still malleable and fresh from the oven. Serve desserts inside. Lavender tea works surprisingly well with these.
