- 2 pots of natural yoghurt
- 1 pot of raspberries
- 1 pot of berries
- 1 pot currants
- 1 pot of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Wash the fruit, and then in a bowl mix it up with the yogurt and sugar. Don’t be afraid to mix vigorously so that the berries break down, this allows the juices to mix with the flavor of the yogurt. Let the ice-cream melt for a few minutes then whisk it up with a fork and add, to the rest of the ingredients.
You can add nuts to this recipe to enrich the flavor.
