Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 creamy yogurts
- The juice of 3 oranges
Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients until you have a thick cream. Serve with ladyfingers, wafers or cookies.
- To make a simple cookie, you'll need: 4 egg whites, 175 gr. of icing sugar, 40 gr. butter, 30 grams. sieved flour and 200 gr. ground almond. With the aid of a blender, mix the egg whites with the sugar and softened butter; add the flour, while stirring constantly and finally the almonds. Let it cool overnight. Then cut out circles and place on a baking tray. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Cool before serving
You can thin out the smoothie by adding a glass of milk instead of orange juice.
