A simple easy dessert with fruit of the season

  • 200g Greek – yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange flower water
  • 8 apricots, halves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar



  1. Combine the yogurt, honey ad orange flower water and set to one side.
  2. Put the halved apricots in a pan and sprinkle with sugar heat pan and cook the apricots until they are slightly soft and golden brown.
  3. Remove and serve with flavoured yogurt
